New interactive charts

The charts page has been updated to use a different charting library, which allows for better interaction. This new library is also much faster at handling large datasets, and compatible with most mobile devices.

With this change, you can now zoom in on the graphs by simply clicking and dragging, and pan by dragging while holding the shift key. A double click will restore the original viewport. Furthermore, you will notice that the time scales of the last three charts are always kept synchronized, so that you can easily compare the data series.
