Viacoin block subsidy halving

Just a quick post to inform everyone that yesterday the block subsidy for Viacoin, one of the cryptocurrencies in our merged-mined array, halved, going from 0.625 VIA to 0.3125 VIA as the blockchain hit height 3,942,000. Because of this, and also because of the current market situation, today the PPS ratio has been lowered from 104% to 103%.
